Auntee Care Career Readiness & Job Interview Support
Culturally grounded employment and interview preparation for Black and mixed-heritage young people (18–25)
Black and mixed-heritage young people often enter the world of work facing unique barriers: workplace bias, stereotyping, limited representation, and a lack of culturally aware support. Auntee Care CIC provides a safe, identity-affirming, culturally rooted career support service, designed to help young people step into opportunities with confidence and pride.
We uplift young people to succeed as their full, authentic selves, without shrinking their identity.

Partnership Opportunity: Auntee Care Product Manufacturing
We are seeking to partner with a company to help manufacture Auntee Care products as part of our fundraising initiative. These products will support our mission by generating sustainable income that allows us to continue delivering culturally-aware services, hair-care education, and essential support for Black and mixed-heritage children, young people, and seniors in care.
By partnering with us, you will be contributing directly to community wellbeing, identity-affirming care, and improved outcomes for those who are often underserved. We welcome collaboration with organisations who share our values and commitment to uplifting the community.
Why Our Work Matters
Many Black and mixed-heritage young people in care face obstacles that affect their emotional health and identity.
