Our service is designed to improve the trajectory and change the stories of children and young people in care and care leavers who face social, emotional, and behavioural barriers.
About
Auntee Care CIC, is inspired from the spirit of the African Aunty — a loving, nurturing, wise, and community minded woman. She is the gentle guide, the safe place, and the caring voice who supports every child as her own. We bring this same nurturing, empowering spirit into all our work, creating spaces where Black and mixed-heritage young people feel understood, supported, and uplifted.
We stand beside young people as they grow, ensuring they never have to walk alone.
Our Mission
Our mission is to advance the wellbeing, Mental health, dignity, and inclusion of Black and mixed-heritage children, young people, and adults.
We do this by offering services rooted in cultural understanding, compassion, and professional excellence, including:
Culturally competent haircare, skincare, and personal care
Wellness education that builds confidence and self-worth
Emotional support grounded in connection and empathy
Safe, welcoming spaces that honour identity and belonging
We believe that when people feel seen and supported, they can thrive.
